Why do I have to pick an entry time?

We ask you to pick an entry time to manage the number of people in the aquarium. This helps us reduce lines and make sure the experience is enjoyable for everyone!

What if I miss my entry time?

We can still admit you up to two hours after your entry time and will do our best to get you in as quickly as possible.

Can I change my date and time?

You may request to change your date up to 36 hours before your scheduled arrival date and time. To request a date change, please email us at Arizona@sealifeus.com and include your order confirmation number. Please note that date changes are based on the availability of tickets when you'd like to come.

Do I need to print my tickets?

No, you do not need to print your tickets. We encourage you to select "Print@Home and Mobile Ticket" to receive digital tickets on your electronic device.

If I buy a Combo Ticket, do I have to visit both SEA LIFE and LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Arizona on the same day?

Yes, the timeslot you select to visit is your arrival time to LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Arizona. You're welcome to visit SEA LIFE Arizona after your visit to LEGOLAND Discovery Center Arizona. The average family spends 60-90 minutes at SEA LIFE and 2-3 hours at LEGOLAND Discovery Center. Guests have 14 days to visit SEA LIFE Arizona after visiting LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Arizona.  Please see each attraction's website for complete hours of operation.

How do I buy tickets?

We have many different options for booking and purchasing tickets. We recommend that you buy tickets online in advance because it is the easiest way to guarantee entry and save.

You may also buy tickets over the phone and, when available, purchase walk-up tickets at the door. Please note that walk-up tickets may not be available during peak periods like weekends, holidays and during times of high school and group volume.

Do you sell tickets for other attractions at SEA LIFE?

Yes, we sell Combo Tickets including admission to LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Arizona, conveniently located just across from SEA LIFE Arizona. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

For online purchases we accept American Express, Mastercard and VISA. At the Admissions Counter, we accept cash, VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Do I have to visit both attractions on my Combo Ticket in one day?

Yes, the timeslot you select to visit is your arrival time to LEGOLAND Discovery Center Arizona. You're welcome to visit SEA LIFE after your visit to LEGOAND® Discovery Center Arizona.  The average family spends 60-90 minutes at SEA LIFE and 2-3 hours at LEGOLAND Discovery Center. How long will it take to see the whole aquarium?

On average it will take about 60 to 90 minutes to enjoy the full SEA LIFE experience. However, you can spend as long as you'd like with our marine creatures. Your general admission ticket permits re-entry, so you can even return for a visit at a later time. Note: Group tickets do not permit re-entry.

Can we touch the creatures?

For the health and safety of you and our creatures, we ask that you do not touch any of our creatures unless invited to by a staff member, for example, at our Interactive Tidepool experience.

Am I allowed to take photos at SEA LIFE Arizona?

Yes, we encourage you to take as many photos as you'd like! Please be sure to tag us at #SEALIFEAZ, too!

We do, however, ask that you turn off your flash when you're inside the aquarium. Some of our creatures' natural habitats are areas of low or limited light.

Where can I store my belongings?

We do not have storage lockers available at SEA LIFE Arizona. Please make arrangements to store your belongings before you visit us.

Do you have a gift shop?

Yes, we have a gift shop! It is located at the end of the aquarium and is also accessible by the public. You do not need to purchase a ticket to enter the store.

May I bring food or snacks into the Aquarium?

SEA LIFE Arizona Aquarium does not allow outside food or drink into the attraction.

Where can I eat lunch or dinner?

We do not have a café at SEA LIFE Arizona, but there are many restaurants nearby in the mall. Your general admission ticket permits re-entry, so you can always leave and come back to finish your visit! Note: Group tickets do not permit re-entry.

What will I see when I visit SEA LIFE Arizona?

This one-of-a-kind experience will get you up close and face-to-face with amazing underwater creatures such as sharks, stingrays, sea stars, seahorses, jellyfish and thousands of colorful fish!

What happens if I need to leave before the end of my visit?

General Admission tickets are valid for the whole day, so you are free to enter and exit at your leisure. Please ensure your however that your hand is stamped before exiting so that you can gain re-entry. Note: Group tickets do not permit re-entry.

Are there any restrictions for the children's play area?

Due to state health and safety regulations, children in the play zone area are required to wear socks and must be under 4'9" tall.

Is there a place for nursing mothers?

We do not currently have a designated area for nursing mothers; however, you are free to nurse anywhere inside the aquarium. For a more private experience, Arizona Mills Mall has a Nursing Mothers Lounge by the Food Court.

Do you offer any discounts?

The easiest way to save is to buy your tickets online in advance.

SEA LIFE Arizona will periodically offer various discounts for a limited time period. Please check our Facebook page and local media for future discount announcements. Discounts are only valid when purchasing standard full-price tickets at the door or with certain online promotions. Offers cannot be combined with specials or discounts. SEA LIFE cannot guarantee entry or availability of walk-up tickets.

Do you participate in the Zoo Pass for discounted tickets?

Yes, we are accredited with the Association of Zoos and Aquariums and participate in their reciprocity program. If you are a member of the Phoenix Zoo, you can receive 50% off walk-up tickets. Check out our AZA Reciprocity Page for more information!

I receive a discount through my employer. How do I receive this discount?

As an employee of one of our Employer Partners, you can purchase discounted tickets online through your company's intranet. To locate the link, please contact your company's Human Resources department. Walk-up Employer Partner discounts are not available.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes, we offer $10 walk-up General Admission tickets for individuals with valid military ID. Veterans may also purchase this ticket with a valid ID. This discount is not valid online or in conjunction with any other offer and is based on the availability of walk-up tickets.

I have a coupon for SEA LIFE Arizona. How do I use it?

Most coupons can be used online by clicking on Buy Tickets, and then click on the Promo tab. Finally insert the promo code on your coupon. Please ensure you have read the terms and conditions on the coupon. 

Coupons cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. No eCoupons, copies or facsimiles will be accepted.

Who is SEA LIFE Arizona for?

SEA LIFE Arizona is perfect for families with children age 3-12, however, people of all ages will love our amazing creatures!

Are there any age restrictions?

SEA LIFE Arizona is suitable for people of all ages, however, if you are under the age of 16 you will need to be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.

The Children's Play Area area is specifically designed for children aged 10 and under.

May I get a refund or cancel my tickets?

Tickets are non-refundable, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

Is SEA LIFE Arizona Aquarium wheelchair and stroller accessible?

Yes, the attraction is accessible for wheelchairs and strollers. Due to the safety of our customers, double-wide strollers are not allowed inside the aquarium. Strollers must be attended to at all times. 

Are wheelchairs or electric scooters available for rent?

SEA LIFE does not have wheelchairs or electric scooters available for rent; however, Arizona Mills mall has wheelchairs available at Guest Services, located in Neighborhood 1.

Where should I park? How much does it cost?

The best place to park is outside of Neighborhood 1 of Arizona Mills. 
Parking is free!
