What is included with my ticket?
Access to all of our aquarium exhibits including the Interactive Touchpool, Underwater Ocean Tunnel and more! Plus, enjoy as many of our educational talks & feeding demonstrations as you like. Please note that as an added safety measure, some activities may be closed or adjusted. 

I have a ticket without a scheduled entry time. How do I reserve my timeslot?
If you have a ticket that does not have a designated date and entry time, or a ticket from one of our third party partners, you do not need to reserve a timeslot. Please be sure to check our website for up to date hours.

What happens if I'm late?
No worries! We'll do our best to get you in as quickly as possible.

How do I change my ticket time?
You may request a date change up to 36 hours before your original visit date/time by using the email address below.
