What is included with my ticket?

Access to all of our aquarium exhibits, the Interactive Touchpool, Underwater Ocean Tunnel, Conservation Cover area and more!  Please note that as an added safety measure, some activities may be closed or adjusted. 

What methods of payment are accepted on-site?

We only accept credit cards, debit cards, and contactless forms of payment, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept cash.

I have a ticket without a scheduled entry time. How do I reserve my timeslot?

If you have a Gift Ticket with flexibly entry or a ticket from one of our third party partners, you do not need to reserve a timeslot. Please be sure to check our website for our complete hours.

How do I submit a donation request?

Please visit our Donations page for details on how to submit a donation request.

What happens if I'm late?

No worries! We'll do our best to get you in as quickly as possible.

How do I change my ticket time?

You may request a date change up to 24 hours before your original visit date/time by using the email address below.

Do tickets expire?

Admission tickets expire after 90 days. Gift Tickets expire 365 days from the purchase date.
