Facilities and accessibility

At the Aquarium, we have disabled access throughout the centre. There are also disabled toilets available within the centre.

Unfortunately for certain areas, such as on top of the viewing tank for activities such as the Turtle Feeding experience, there is no wheelchair access due to the stairwell to the area.

There are toilets and baby changing facilities within the centre.

This aquarium is fully buggy accessible. We unfortunately do not have any cloakroom facilities for you to be able to store your belongings. We are able to store prams and buggys in our school room only when the school room is not in use. Anything left in the room is left at the owner's risk.

SEA LIFE  has a strict no eating or drinking policy. However there are restaurants and cafés in close proximity to the attraction and we also have a cafeteria with tasty and varied products. Once you have bought your ticket, you can re-enter the centre as many times as you may wish that day.

Only Guide Dogs are permitted in the Aquarium.

All visitors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

As the Aquarium is indoors your visit will not be affected by the weather. However, please be aware that in peak season the queue may extend as far as the outside, where we can not guarantee which kind of weather you're going to find!
